I had taken my car to a previous mechanic that informed me my engine needed to be replaced and quoted me how much that would be…My husband was adamant about getting a second opinion and that is where … More Casey Independent Automotive came in. They were about to get my car in the next business day to run diagnostic. They did report back that the engine did need to be replaced but they also informed me that I could have an extended warranty on my engine. I think that is top notch service to know and recommend looking into warranty/extended warranty’s. They were also patient with me while I figured out my next steps on getting my car to a dealership for recalls so I could use my warranty. They answered countless questions from me and my husband. I’m so thankful to have found them and will be using them for all our car needs!

  Vary good, trust worthy shop. The engine blew up in my 2013 Chevy Silverado, truck needed a completely new motor and they did everything they could have to get the warranty company to pay for it but they were stuck up and I had to pay out … More of pocket, not the shops fault, but from the time they order the new motor and a DOD delete kit for it. It took them an only a week to get all the parts, take it part and put it back together. Extremely fast and done right. Highly recommend this shop. They are expensive but you get what you pay for and I would rather pay more and have it done correctly then save a few hundred bucks and risk it not being correct.

The techs ran some tests on it, expected bad news but instead of calling me with the bad news took the initiative to call the … More Ford dealership just in case the vehicle drive shaft was still under warranty.I didn't even know that this issue would be covered and they advised me to take my car into the Ford dealership so that it wouldn't cost the $4000-$6000 they anticipated. They even waived the diagnostic cost.We have always felt that Casey's has been honest with us...this just cements our opinion of them.
