Dear Valued Casey's Independent Auto Repair customers, as you all know, this COVID-19 virus is rapidly growing and we here at Casey's Independent Automotive Service are taking the containment of this virus very seriously! The health and well-being of everyone in the community is our top priority!

At this time we have been deemed an "Essential Business" by WA State, and as such we are conscientious that our customers need reliable transportation to fulfill their obligations and also that our employees need to provide income for their families.

So, in order to serve our customers and team members alike, we will continue to be open, doing our best to take care of everyone's needs (with necessary precautions), unless advised otherwise by a relevant government entity.

We are taking every recommended precaution to keep our facilities clean and sanitized. If any of our staff are exhibiting cold/flu-like symptoms, they have been asked to stay home and follow CDC guidelines for wellness before returning to work.

Our staff has been (and will continue to be) sanitizing all high-touch areas such as door handles and countertops, as well as extra cleaning throughout the day. We have also put a pause on providing communal things, such as coffee, magazines, kids toys and kids activity bags.

In light of the current situation, and in the interest of protecting the health of our customers, and employees, we have decided to add a pickup/dropoff service for those that have been advised not to leave their homes due to health concerns.

As always, please feel welcome to use our after-hours key drop box and easily communicate with us via text, call, or email to schedule appointments and to discuss service on your vehicle. We are also happy to make pick up arrangements when your vehicle is completed that allow you to do so without having to come into our building.

As with other challenges we have faced as a nation and community, I am confident that this virus will be handled with diligence and it will soon be part of our past. In the meantime, please know that the Casey's team is committed to you and will continue to provide honest, dependable service!
